Hi this privacy policy outlines how we collect your data, what we do with it, and all of that. We have only good intentions. It is a work in progress, If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Info Security
We never ever sell your data! Information may be collected but it will never knowingly leave this website or be used for anything other than trying to be better. Any personal information such as name or email entered on the site will be used it for it’s intended purpose only, like fulfilling orders and delivering emails you requested. We resect you and your privacy, always!
Emails x Purchases
Emails are captured when you purchase a product so that we can deliver digital products and communicate with you about your purchase. When you purchase a product we’ll send emails to let you know we got your order, when it’s delivered, and after to check in and see if you like it. We won’t blow you up, but we are a user experience studio—we care. We might reach out down the road to see how you’re doing or share more ways we can support you, but you’ll always have the ability to easily and clearly opt out (see below).
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you’re agreeing to the payment in the agreed upon amount (you’re locked in we’ll never raise the prices on you, maybe lower them though) and receive products and communications delivered at the frequency of your purchase.
Cancelling / Opting out promise
You’re free to cancel at any time. We have gone out of our way to make sure that opting out/cancelling subscriptions never takes more than a few clicks. If you are having trouble opting out/cancelling, you can always reach out and we’ll help you out. Obviously we don’t want to see you go but this feels like it should be common human decency.
